By accessing and using NovaLink's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NovaLink provides a cloud-based development platform that enables teams to build, deploy, and scale applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content to NovaLink, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

The NovaLink platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by NovaLink and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

NovaLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NovaLink harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
